Fairytale’s don’t normally mix with old derelict buildings so I had to set my sights a little further with this shoot, not too far mind, Virginia Waters! With its time forgotten trees and the tale of the lake being named after Queen Elizabeth I, the Virgin Queen and since recently the lake has been used by the crews for the Harry Potter films for lakeside scenes. The theme started to piece together telling a story of beautiful maidens with capturing makeup and adorning attire.
